Day 3 : I was looking at a large messy room and was comforted to know the person responsible was at a recovery center.
So far I have learned that my dreams are not profound at all. I have had some in the past that I am certain that God was teaching me a lesson. Those dreams, I remember every detail. The dreams I have had lately, I struggle to remember at all. So if God is going to speak to me in a dream, during this fast, I will most likely remember much more. :)
Day 4 dream: I traded a nice , partially restored 4x4 Willyz pickup for a slightly rusted 5 speed , 4 cyl s-10...all because the s-10 was more practical and got better fuel economy . I also remember a scene where model air plane were flying and soaring off a high mountain side.
Day 5 dream: I was traveling in an old school bus. It ended up freshly painted. We parked in my parents driveway but I could see the drive torn up due to wreck less stopping. We got out and the driver decided to turn it around. He swiftly backed up and almost backed into a freshly painted station wagon. Missed it by inches. When I motioned to the driver how close he came to hitting it, he laughed, punched the gas and torn off through the drive again. The dream seemed to show wreck less behavior and little concern.
Day 6 dream: I was faced with a moral decision that could hurt many people. I knew I had to make the choice to honor God. I then left the situation to avoid any further temptation.
Not sure if I like this dream journal stuff. I had not remembered dreams in years, but documenting them each morning has caused me to remember more and more about a dream.
Day 1 dream: hit snooze too many times. By the time I got up, I forgot the details. :(
ReplyDeleteDay 2 I was sitting in a 4x4 blazer getting ready to go mudding and realized it was a rental. ( pretty much nonsense ) :)

Day 7 dream: I was in charge of buying office supplies .
ReplyDeleteThat is all I remember. ( woke up early for church by alarm - perhaps dream cut short)
Day 8 dream: I woke up early and did not remember. I did see evidence during the day that God granted me wisdom last Wednesday.
